I’m also an General Insurance Agency Business Owner. Last year, I was approach by lots of walk in Life Agent who propose me Medical Insurance. I was worried about the claim procedure and terms & conditions offered. Therefore, I doubts and stop me from buying. After recommend by my good friend, I took medical plan from Mr. Robert as he is very good in helping customer to file in claims. Just 3 months ago,few days before Hari Raya, my business partner admitted to Columbia Hospital & spend nearly RM4K for 5 days.
